Job summary

Crafco, Inc. in Halls, TN seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance and upkeep of our manufacturing plant and its equipment. You will oversee inspections, preventive maintenance, and coordination of repairs to ensure continuous operation.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience and a solid electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge base. Overtime and multiple shifts may be required; excellent benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years trade school required.
• 3–5 years supervisory maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of general shop math, reading charts, tables and drawings.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and machine maintenance.
• Experience with pumps, motors, oil lines and automated equipment.
• Able to lift and move 25–60 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor assets for proper operation; supervise inspections.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs safely.
• Maintain a detailed equipment log of repairs and inspections.
• Lead the plant preventive maintenance program.
• Assist in installation of new or upgrading projects.
• Work overtime and various shifts as required.
