Job summary

Crafco, Inc. in Halls, TN, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment at our asphalt manufacturing plant. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and update records to ensure reliable operation and safety.

The role requires reading schematics, basic PLC/sensor knowledge, and willingness to work overtime; a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related maintenance experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of trade school or related maintenance experience.
• HMI experience preferred.
• Able to read and write English.
• Knowledge of pumps, motors, oil lines and automated equipment (servo motors, sensors, conveyors).
• Familiarity with plumbing, heating, ventilation, electrical and machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Rebuilding/replacing large pumps and motors used for asphalt manufacturing.
• VFD and light electrical knowledge.
• Conveyor maintenance and repair.
• Automated equipment, PLCs, sensors, eyes.
• Oil heater, heat trace.
• MaintainX and Worximity programs.
