Job summary

Custom Building Products is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our Frankfort, IN plant. This full-time, salaried role leads mechanics across multiple shifts to ensure reliable operation of plant equipment and to drive improvements in manufacturing processes.

You should have 5+ years of multi-shift supervision, strong technical/operational expertise in robotics, PLC, electrical/hydraulic systems, and a proven ability to plan, troubleshoot, and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing employees in a multi-shift plant environment.
• Experience with robotics, PLC, Electrical, Hydraulic & fluid power.
• Ability to read/interprete schematics and blueprints; troubleshoot automation controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to mechanics on multiple shifts.
• Ensure reliable operation of plant equipment; develop methods to upgrade processes and reduce waste.
• Plan, troubleshoot, and manage projects; influence and lead by example.
