Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance role in manufacturing or industrial settings, with at least 2 years in supervision; dairy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, machinery, and equipment; experience with CMMS/tools and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team with task assignment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce failures and extend equipment life.
• Schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to plant operations.
• Oversee repairs and troubleshoot equipment; coordinate with external vendors as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate maintenance records and inspections.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budget, including cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to support plant objectives.
