Job summary

IPEX by Aliaxis in Pineville, NC, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and operational excellence in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing setting.

You will manage a team of maintenance professionals, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to optimize uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (PVC or plastics preferred).
• Valid Electrician License and Millwright Certification (or equivalent).
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to keep equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive maintenance tasks using MES Hydra.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support start-up/commissioning activities.
• Maintain documentation for all equipment and maintenance activities and improve uptime.
• Coach and develop Maintenance Mechanics; promote safety and continuous improvement.
