Job summary

IPEX, a North American leader in thermoplastic piping systems, seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for its Kingman, AZ facility. You will lead maintenance, preventive programs, and capital projects, while driving reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across the plant.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, CMMS experience, and a strong safety/ES&H background. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to optimize equipment performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record leading maintenance teams and improving reliability.
• Experience managing capital projects, budgets, and contractors.
• Familiarity with CMMS and strong safety/ES&H knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and capital projects.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Prioritize work based on safety, quality, production and cost impact.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and report project status.
• Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the plant.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Leadership to boost equipment performance.
• Supervise contractors, manage communications, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, drawings, and compliance documentation.
