Job summary

You will own preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate rebuilds or replacements to minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering or related discipline; in lieu of a degree, equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 0-3 years of related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience and ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all plant equipment is in top operating condition and available for production as needed.
• Organize and plan regular maintenance work on all equipment and systems within the plant.
• Review preventive procedures and optimize maintenance processes with operations departments.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental controls.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and regulations.
• Evaluate facility systems and equipment performance; recommend and implement changes and improvements.
