Job summary

Furmano Foods seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians at our Northumberland, PA facility. You will direct preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to boost equipment reliability, uptime, and safety in a food production environment.

You will mentor technicians, manage priorities, enforce GMPs and safety, and partner with Operations to drive continuous improvement and asset stewardship.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to maintenance technicians across three shifts.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities and ensure safe, timely completion of work orders.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Support GMPs, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance in maintenance activities.
• Partner with Operations to align maintenance with production needs and continuous improvement.
