As a pivotal leader, you will ensure machinery's optimal operation and champion ongoing enhancements. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity with first shift hours, offering a competitive salary between $80,000–$90,000 based on experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Guide and lead maintenance activities, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
• Oversee work schedules, nurturing a constructive workplace culture.
• Manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) scheme to elevate equipment reliability.
• Boost the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program with comprehensive cooperation and training.
• Pinpoint and rectify equipment issues through root cause analysis, enhancing long-term performance.
• Cultivate partnerships with various teams to refine processes and minimize downtime.
• Craft standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Drive improvements and oversee new installations and upgrades.
• Occasional travel to support company-wide initiatives.
