Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Bartlett, IL

Required: 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance on CNC machines.

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees preventative and reactive maintenance of production equipment and facilities. This role ensures equipment reliability through direct repairs or coordination with external vendors and supports overall manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventative maintenance plans.
• Perform or schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Train operators on routine machine upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
• Support facility maintenance and assist with technical projects.
• Coordinate vendor services and oversee contractors.
• Review work orders, service calls, and invoices.
• Contribute to process improvements and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (CNC or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting, electrical, and plumbing skills.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication, organization, and safety awareness.
• Valid driver’s license.
