Job summary

You will document hazard assessments, maintain OSHA records, and coordinate with corporate safety and risk management on claims. Strong communication and meticulous recordkeeping are essential to drive safe operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering safety trainings and maintaining compliance with OSHA rules.
• Ability to conduct incident investigations and document findings.
• Perform hazard assessments and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and related safety records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Safety Orientation and ongoing safety training for team members.
• Monitor facility conditions, take corrective actions, and assist OSHA inspections.
• Document daily and weekly hazard assessments and safety self-audits.
• Maintain safety records and training documentation, permits, and LOTO procedures.
• Support Operations via safety calls, committees, webinars, and updates.
• Provide safety reports and communicate facility needs and workers' comp information.
• Coordinate with safety and risk teams on claims, witness statements, and follow-up.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with occupational clinic and maintain relationships for care.
• Preferred: OSHA-30 training and CSP certification.
