Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supervising a maintenance team in an industrial setting.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills to minimize downtime.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and P&IDs; familiarity with preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Experience coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient plant operations.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.
• Align maintenance with production requirements with operations and planning teams.
• Manage work order backlog and prioritize tasks to optimize workload.
• Oversee maintenance on critical rotating equipment (pumps, seals, blowers, compressors).
• Lead daily maintenance meetings and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure spare parts availability and liaise between planning and execution.
• Generate maintenance reports and analyze performance data for improvements.
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement across the site.
• Develop maintenance team and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
