Clariant is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team at its Mount Holly plant. You will plan, schedule and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical college education preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs.
• Strong maintenance processes and plant operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance activities to ensure efficient repair and upkeep of plant equipment.
• Plan, review and finalize maintenance activities according to schedule.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, analyze data and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance Planning to align schedules.
• Lead daily meetings to track work orders and identify improvements.
• Oversee repairs on rotating equipment and manage urgent work.
• Drive equipment reliability improvements and safety, quality, environmental standards.
