Job summary

IPEX, a leading North American provider of advanced plastic piping systems, seeks a Maintenance Manager for the Kingman, AZ plant. You will lead maintenance operations, drive reliability initiatives, and manage capital projects to maximize uptime and safety.

Responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance, coordinating with stakeholders, and guiding a high-performing team while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS and capital project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of safety excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee maintenance operations, equipment repairs, and capital projects for safe, reliable plant performance.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Manage budgets, timelines, contractor performance, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation and process control systems.
