Job summary

Paragon Films, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance functions ensuring continuous operation of production and facilities.

You will supervise staff, prioritize tasks with plant management, and drive improvement projects from inception to completion while adhering to safety procedures. The role requires leading a team, coordinating repairs, and maintaining knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Complete and thorough understanding of AC & DC electronics, systems and components.
• Ability to troubleshoot AC & DC circuitry, PLCs and automated equipment systems.
• Ability to read, understand and utilize blueprints (schematics).
• Advanced wiring skills.
• Understanding and experience with industrial 3-phase electrical systems.
• Proficient with maintenance tools like voltmeters, amp meters and oscilloscope.
• Experience with welding machines and torches.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with contractors and personnel for repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA requirements and other governmental rules.
• Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance staff and develop careers.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations in the production environment.
• Utilize CMMS to review work orders and shift reports and stay current on issues.
