Gopher Resource is seeking a Maintenance Manager to provide strategic leadership for maintenance across the facility, directing a multi-disciplinary team and acting as gatekeeper for workflows to ensure top priority work is completed safely and efficiently. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimally required.
• 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and mobile equipment systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS (Mainsaver preferred) and maintenance planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop a team of supervisors and coordinators.
• Lead daily leadership huddles and toolbox meetings.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback; identify training needs.
• Ensure staffing plans support operational requirements.
• Coordinate major shutdowns and construction projects.
