Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the mechanical, reliability, and electrical maintenance functions across our Moorhead facility. The role partners with engineering, projects and plant services to drive reliability and safety, manage budgets, and deliver KPI targets.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in an industrial setting, with mechanical/process/mining focus preferred. Some travel is required; SAP and MS Office skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in aggregate or similar industrial facility.
• Field of Study Preferred: Mechanical, Process, or Mining Engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience strongly desired
• Travel: Some travel required

Responsibilities

• Participate as an integral member of the plant leadership team to create a high performance culture.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise on maintenance related matters.
• Oversee the maintenance department to achieve key performance indicators and coordinate with internal customers.
• Plan major maintenance projects and develop capital investment recommendations.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance staff; manage department budgets.
• Analyze operation performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize overall equipment effectiveness at the lowest sustainable cost of maintenance.
