Job summary

Amrize Moorhead, MN is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the mechanical, reliability, and electrical maintenance departments, coordinating with engineering, projects, and plant services. You will manage budgets, drive KPIs, and optimize maintenance resources to support safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong Microsoft Office and SAP skills, and some travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in aggregate or similar industrial facility.
Field of Study: Mechanical, Process, or Mining Engineering.
Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate as an integral member of the plant leadership team to create a high performance culture.
Provide leadership and technical expertise on maintenance related matters.
Oversee the maintenance department to achieve KPIs; coordinate planning and resources with internal customers.
Align maintenance plans to achieve KPIs and market demand.
Plan major maintenance projects and develop capital investment recommendations for the plant.
Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to all employees in the maintenance department.
Analyze overall performance of the operation and drive continuous improvement.
