Job summary

The Chemours Company in West Virginia seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join the Washington Works site. You will oversee maintenance execution, planning, stores, and reliability in a high-hazard operation, reporting to the Plant Manager. relocation support available.

You will lead asset management, PKI, and outages, drive cost reduction, and develop a strong team culture with contracted partners. Nights/weekends may be required to support production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in manufacturing maintenance and reliability leadership.
• Experience with PSM and design change management.
• Strong leadership, change management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a site-level reliability strategy, plan and actions for improved production.
• Lead a 5-year maintenance improvement plan and programs.
• Maintain a maintenance metric dashboard to drive improvement.
• Develop cost management structures for Maintenance to reduce cost.
• Develop direct reports and leaders through training and problem solving.
• Lead asset management, preventive/predictive maintenance programs and outages.
• Interface with contracted work and manage spare parts strategy.
