Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Certifications in Electrical, Boilers, Hydraulics, Welding, OSHA, or Wastewater Treatment are a plus.
• Hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance operations for production equipment and facility systems.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to maintenance supervisors and teams.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and cost-containment initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and optimize hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Plan and execute capital projects and facility improvements.
• Track and report equipment downtime and repair costs.
