Job summary

Maker's Pride in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop the maintenance function across production and packaging, ensuring equipment is properly maintained to meet product quality.

You will manage a 21-person team, oversee PM and CMMS/SAP programs, drive safety, GMP compliance, and partner with corporate on best practices while delivering KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership and management of a Maintenance department.
• Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience implementing, administering, or optimizing CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, manage and execute all maintenance activities.
• Create and deliver KPIs for the Maintenance department.
• Maintain equipment parts inventory and PM program.
• Develop and improve maintenance SOPs for predictive and preventive programs.
• Evaluate direct reports against requirements and performance goals.
• Partner with Corporate on programs and best practices.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and GMP awareness.
