Job summary

ALPLA Group in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance, reliability, and asset performance. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Ideal candidates have a four-year electrical engineering degree, at least four years in maintenance, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum four years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems; supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Computer Control Systems on machines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Lead asset reliability programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with production and engineering to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage maintenance budget and drive cost-saving initiatives.
