Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source, order, issue, and coordinate shipping of maintenance parts/materials from vendors to the facility.
• Maintain price lists and quotations; analyze quotations and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Advise management on market and business conditions.
• Develop knowledge of local/regional suppliers and their costs and shipping.
• Maintain up-to-date vendor lists in the CMMS.
• Support continuous improvement and Kroger accounting procedures.
• Negotiate short-term contracts and consolidate shipments.
• Coordinate with Brand Sourcing and Procurement teams.
• Establish positive vendor relations and evaluate performance.
• Conduct annual physical inventory of central stock.
