Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Parts Clerk to manage all incoming and outgoing maintenance parts and equipment for the facilities maintenance team.

You will use SAP to order and receive parts, perform weekly audits and cycle counts, issue purchase orders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate min/max levels to keep plant operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance or inventory management.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SAP purchasing process to order and receive parts for the plant.
• Conduct daily audits and cycle counts (min 250 items/week) and generate reports.
• Issue purchase orders for maintenance and operational supplies/parts.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors on delivery options and quotes.
• Assist with maintenance duties and other related tasks as needed.
• Ensure parts required for plant equipment maintenance are available and counted accurately.
