Job summary

We’re accelerating our momentum as the fastest-growing large consumer goods company in North America by putting people at the heart of our business and everything we do!As the Maintenance Parts Clerk you will be responsible to manage all incoming and outgoing maintenance parts/equipment for the facilities maintenance department. **Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities*** Utilize the SAP purchasing process to systematically order and receive parts, ensuring they are physically received into the plant.* Conduct daily audits and cycle counts, achieving a minimum of 250 items each week, and generate weekly and/or monthly parts inventory reports.* Issue purchase orders for Maintenance and Operational supplies/parts and place orders for required parts.* Communicate with vendors and contractors regarding delivery options, alternative parts selections, obtaining quotes, and other related matters; collaborate effectively with internal plant personnel.* Assist with maintenance duties and perform other job-related tasks as needed.* Ensure all parts required for plant equipment maintenance are available at the facility and counted accurately.
