Job summary

Pine Bluff Materials is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician / Mechanic to join our Sivells Bend operations team in Texas. The role focuses on inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of crushers, conveyors, pumps, screens, and related equipment to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, lubrication, calibration, record-keeping, safety participation, and assisting with startups/shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, welding, hydraulics, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to operate maintenance tools, cutting torches, welders, grinders, and lifts safely.
• Experience with conveyors, crushers, and rotating equipment highly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Pine Bluff Materials in Sivells Bend, Texas is currently recruiting a Plant Maintenance Technician / Mechanic to join our operations team. The candidate selected for this role will report to the Sivells Bend location on a daily basis.

Position Overview

The Plant Maintenance Technician / Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment used in sand processing operations. This role ensures the plant operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime by maintaining crushers, conveyors, pumps, screens, and other production equipment.
