Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform mechanical maintenance and preventative tasks across our facilities. You will diagnose, repair, fabricate, and modify equipment, working with other maintenance personnel and production crews on key projects.

A focus on safety and compliance is essential. The role requires basic mechanical knowledge, experience with diesel engines and forklifts, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, or electronics.
• Experience with diesel engines and equipment: motors & forklifts.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair gas, diesel, and heavy equipment.
• Fabricate or modify equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams on projects.
• Maintain safety and environmental programs.
