Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of maintenance management experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance department leadership for boiler operations, grounds, and facilities.
• Oversee maintenance of plant equipment to maximize performance and minimize downtime.
• Improve effectiveness through CMMS and TPM practices, including work orders, maintenance planning and scheduling.
