Qualifications

• Maintenance supervision experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads maintenance repair and project work directing maintenance crews, chipper operators, watchmen and boiler operators, ensuring quality maintenance, repair, installation, upgrades, and overhaul of mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the facility.
• Performs preventative maintenance inspections, tool inspections and safety inspections.
• Oversees the maintenance safety programs such as lock out and hot work to ensure they are being adhered to per company policy.
• Responds to employee concerns, questions, and ideas; acts as a coach to help employees reach their potential.
