Qualifications

• Completion of University in a technical or business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities and leading change.
• Strong background in budgeting/expense management and financial practices.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methods and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lead safety culture to minimize injuries and near misses.
• Set expectations and coach staff; manage performance and development plans.
• Translate strategy into plans to ensure efficient, high-quality production and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate production forecasts and resources to meet labor and machine productivity targets.
• Drive cost reduction and efficient process control through best-in-class practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ISO, and internal product lifecycle standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet regulatory and quality requirements.
• Oversee maintenance planning and capital expenditure discussions.
• Support innovation projects from testing to industrialization in the plant.
• Manage end-to-end administrative tasks including month-end and budgeting.
