Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Liberty Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across Harrisonburg production facilities. You will oversee maintenance teams, drive preventive maintenance, and manage capital projects while promoting safety and reliability in our food processing environment.

You will partner with operations and plant leadership to reduce downtime, improve performance, and control maintenance spending. This role requires hands-on leadership and a strong background in TPM and CMMS.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Knowledge of advanced equipment maintenance tracking software.
• Familiar with safety standards programs and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to maintenance teams in production facilities.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and drive reliability improvements.
• Ensure machines and equipment run at maximum efficiency.
• Lead corrective and preventive maintenance actions and safety programs.
• Manage capital projects and maintenance spending.
