Job summary

Techo-Bloc is hiring a Maintenance Manager for our Cayce, SC plant. You will build and lead the maintenance program from day one, establishing preventive and predictive maintenance, spares strategy, and a skilled team to sustain peak equipment performance.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with OEMs, and ramp the plant to full production, setting up ERP workflows and parts management to minimize downtime and ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as maintenance supervisor/manager.
• 10+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience with PLCs and plant automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead the maintenance team and planning
• Manage the department budget and key spares procurement
• Lead root cause analyses for complex failures
• Oversee capital projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate across shifts to ensure continuity and efficiency
• Direct sourcing and management of spare parts and services
• Plan daily maintenance activities including preventive and corrective work
• Ensure training and development of maintenance personnel
• Align schedules with OEM recommendations for safety and reliability
• Plan the annual six-week equipment rebuild
