Electrical Automation Services in Modesto, CA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will drive preventive maintenance, manage work orders, coordinate labor and payroll, and work with operations and quality teams to improve equipment reliability while ensuring OSHA and PSM compliance. The role also oversees ammonia refrigeration maintenance and coordinates external vendors.

Formación

• Previous maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of PSM (Process Safety Management) compliance requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting background in industrial equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across daily plant operations.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, work orders, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate labor scheduling, technician assignments, and weekly payroll approvals.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and responding to equipment failures with urgency.
• Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related equipment issues.
• Improve PM effectiveness, spare parts organization, and maintenance documentation.
• Work closely with operations and quality teams to improve overall plant performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage outside vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships.
• Participate in capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support and maintain PSM-related programs and procedures.
