Job summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. in Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate teams, systems, and equipment to keep plant machinery available for production.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in maintenance, and knowledge of TPM, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance; experience with ISO 9001 and maintenance software; strong planning and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
• Experience in productive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge in TPM, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance.
• ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Maintenance software; mechanics (pneumatics, hydraulics, assembly), electricity (high and low voltage), automation and control.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies: safety, environment, quality, and financial management.
• Oversee teams tasked with scheduling, managing, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate and improve equipment, tools, spare parts, and consumables in the maintenance warehouse.
• Analyze action plans and monitor downtime and costs from maintenance activities.
• Coordinate, administer, and monitor quality system plans and procedures for the maintenance department.
• Manage and optimize expenses related to plant and office maintenance.
