Job summary

Auria in Saint Clair, Michigan, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and facilities teams at the Saint Clair Plant. You will plan, supervise and optimize daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities to improve uptime and safety.

You will coordinate with operations and QA, implement training, maintain manuals, track work orders and parts, and report on maintenance metrics. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of leadership in a maintenance department are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years managing a maintenance department.
• AS or journey-person status or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities for shift maintenance and facilities personnel.
• Communicate with operations to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas.
• Ensure QA compliance by maintenance technicians with QA policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
• Track work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and safety records are up to date.
