Job summary

Crown Bakeries is seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct all maintenance efforts, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and regulatory goals are met. The role includes leading and developing a maintenance team, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement in equipment health and uptime.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance leadership, strong CMMS experience, and solid organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Maintenance leader preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and CMMS.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
• Proficient in computer applications i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to ensure plant goals in quality, efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to meet Crown Bakeries expectations and standards.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and CMMS for equipment health.
• Oversee inventory and parts management to minimize downtime.
• Track budgets and CAPEX, ensuring financial accountability.
• Coordinate trainings and manage personnel records for maintenance staff.
• Report downtime, PM compliance, inventory gaps, and CAPEX needs.
