JOB SUMMARYThe Maintenance Manager directs all Maintenance efforts to ensure plant Quality, Efficiency, Safety,Financial, and regulatory goals are met or exceeded as directed by the Plant Manager. The MaintenanceManager must have effective administration skills as well as organizational capabilities. The MaintenanceManager will lead, coach, and develop the team to ensure an effective and positive culture.RESPONSIBILITIESThe responsibilities listed below define the primary duties of the position.
