Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, automation or chemical.
• 3–5 years of maintenance or engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP-PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance plant operations and supervise personnel and contractors.
• Design equipment specifications and plan maintenance tasks and priorities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects (Six Sigma/ALPS/Kaizen) for equipment efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, SAQ, and environmental permits.
• Coordinate maintenance budgets and external service providers; manage training and safety awareness.
