Job summary

Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of all plant systems and manage the preventative maintenance program. You will collaborate with Production and other departments to address issues, deploy maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety and GMP compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with manufacturing exposure.
• Experience reading electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
• 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance of all plant systems.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and external contractors.
• Deploy maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure cross-training of maintenance personnel on equipment.
• Identify recurring equipment failures and implement improvements.
• Monitor safety and GMP compliance across operations.
