Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, with planning/scheduling leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on process equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and P&IDs; welding skills preferred.
• CMMS experience (Maximo strongly preferred; SAP PM acceptable).
• Able to work flexible hours and provide relief coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance using Maximo or SAP PM.
• Ensure parts, tools, and contractor support are secured prior to work.
• Coordinate with Production, Sanitation, Quality, and Engineering to protect safety and throughput.
• Monitor work order completion, analyze schedule compliance, and drive PM improvements.
