Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in building materials industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on mobile and plant equipment under supervision.
• Conduct daily pre/post-shift inspections and maintain maintenance log.
• Operate skid steer, front end loader and other tools to clean around equipment and maintain roadways.
• Operate a water truck to limit airborne dust.
• Participate in production, loading, shipping and quality control.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe traffic flow at site.
• Operate plant-specific mobile equipment as needed.
• Use automated scale and software to generate customer tickets.
• Direct visitors to appropriate areas of the site.
• Maintain records of aggregate tonnage and sales daily/weekly/monthly.
• Communicate with site personnel to ensure proper recording of sales activities.
