Job summary

Mp Materials Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for its Mountain Pass, CA facility. The role provides department support, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams and external contractors.

The candidate will manage filing, meetings, and procurement of supplies for special projects. The position requires strong organization, the ability to work with diverse groups, and adherence to safety and environmental policies.

Must be able to work in a fast pace and collaborative environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record are required to drive company vehicles on property.
Understanding of local, state and federal environmental regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support for the plant.
Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system (electronically and with hard copies).
Be fluent in SAP and provide support to Accounting and Financing department.
Perform examinations of work areas and monitor compliance with MSHA regulations and company policies.
Process documentations for compliance with health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Completes any other tasks as needed or as directed by management.
