Job summary

Ashley Furniture - North America is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a high-performing team responsible for building systems, production machinery and support equipment in an active industrial facility. You will align maintenance with production schedules, coach technicians, enforce safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement that reduces downtime and protects assets.

This role requires 2+ years in manufacturing or distribution, supervisory experience, and exposure to warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center setting.
• Prior supervisory responsibility.
• Exposure to manufacturing/warehouse equipment and department processes.

• Coordinate Resources — Align maintenance and E/M tech support with production schedules to cut downtime.
