Ashley Furniture - North America is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our high-output manufacturing and distribution site in Leesport, PA. You will direct daily maintenance activities, allocate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources, and ensure building and equipment operate safely and efficiently to meet production targets.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or distribution center environment with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and oversee day-to-day maintenance work; set priorities and remove roadblocks.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability to team members.
• Deploy Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources to support output and uptime; collaborate with production on equipment care, operator training, and process adherence.
• Identify inefficiencies; implement improvements to tools, systems, and workflows.
