Job summary

Higher Recruitment, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean transformation in a manufacturing plant. You will engage plant leadership, floor staff, and Lean experts to achieve tangible productivity gains and educate teams on waste elimination.

Lead Kaizen events, analyze KPIs, and mentor teams to build Lean competencies across the site, reporting to Plant Manager and partnering with Quality and Operational Excellence teams.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or operations management or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Five+ years in plant leadership with Lean initiatives in complex facilities.
• Strong change management skills and cultural transformation experience.
• Experience leading non-reporting employees and acting as a change agent.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in Lean, Quality, Product Safety, SQF, and Workplace Safety.
• Lead Kaizen events and follow up on action items to achieve measurable results.
• Analyze KPIs and drive improvements using Lean principles.
• Collaborate with site leadership to align CI with business objectives.
• Mentor teams to build Lean competencies across the plant.
