Job summary

Maker's Pride seeks a CI Manager to drive sustainable improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. You will lead Kaizen events, coach facilitators, and develop action plans with plant leadership to raise performance.

The role requires strong Lean manufacturing skills, SAP proficiency, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Competitive benefits are offered in a continuous improvement environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but work equivalent work experience will be accepted.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement.
• 1–2 years’ in a manufacturing environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, facilitates, and coaches full week Kaizen events to drive sustainable improvements.
• Coach Point Kaizen facilitators through prework, the event, and sustainment.
• Develop and execute improvement action plans.
• Executes and improves Center lining, SMED, and other heatmaps to drive improvement within the facility.
• Build an employee engaged work environment.
• Provide and teach CI tools to CI and Non-CI employees.
• Identify constraint, perform theory of constraints analysis, and implement solutions to improve throughput.
• Drive productivity roadmaps across departments and the facility.
• Track and analyze CI initiatives and cost savings targets.
• Use SAP tools to understand plant needs and drive improvements.
• Implement and coach HPS tools to enhance all plant areas.
• Foster Lean change culture and share best practices across plants.
• Facilitate and coach RCA tools to reduce waste.
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and management at all levels.
