Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years in manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, standard work, FMEA; strong problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills; hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, standard work, FMEA, problem solving).
• Identify process improvements using data and performance metrics.
• Drive waste reduction, productivity, and quality improvements while ensuring safe working environment.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement efforts and sustain results.
• Develop and track performance KPIs.
• Engage with operators and supervisors on the floor.
• Support training and development programs.
