Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Continuous Improvement professional to drive plant-wide process improvements under the JCBS framework. You will identify gaps, design future state plans, and monitor progress, coaching teams across levels to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in Continuous Improvement and 5+ years as frontline leader.
• Demonstrated initiative and drive to exceed expectations.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage across organizational levels.
• Basic statistics knowledge applied to process improvement.
• Certifications from a reputable lean leading company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in business metrics and collaborate with plant leadership to improve them.
• Develop future state vision, drive implementation, and monitor progress.
• Coach frontline staff in JCBS and ensure process owner involvement in software development.
• Create detailed plans using kaizen data and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Contribute to CI Roadmap and balance internal efficiency with customer-focused efforts.
• Document learning and share best practices across AHU plants.
