Job summary

Owens Corning Portland Roofing and Asphalt Plant Leader is responsible for all aspects of a 24/7 continuous manufacturing site, including safety, environmental compliance, quality, maintenance, budgets, hiring and training, and production metrics. Reports to the Division Operations Director, West, and leads a 130+ workforce with about seven direct reports.

The role emphasizes TPM-driven improvements, talent development, and strong collaboration across functions and locations to meet Owens

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field is required.
• Experience leading large teams in a 24-hour manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive TPM, safety, quality and cost improvements.

• Develop and execute plant business strategy with annual goals and capital plans.
