Job summary

CM Truck Beds in Kingston, OK seeks an accomplished Plant Manager to lead the manufacturing facility, drive safety, quality, productivity, and profitability, and partner with corporate leaders to execute strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process-control expertise while developing a high-performing team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This on-site role reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors degree in manufacturing/engineering/business or related field with 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5+ years in a plant manager/senior site role.
• Proven track record leading large-scale manufacturing operations with full P&L accountability.
• Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong ability to build high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, environmental, and compliance leadership with a Zero Harm safety culture.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and process-control initiatives to improve productivity and throughput.
• Own the site P&L, budgeting, capital planning, and strategic priorities; partner with executives to align site goals with corporate strategy.
• Develop leadership pipelines and foster a One Team culture across manufacturing, engineering, safety, maintenance, and quality.
